We start with a free audit of your current ad spend and conversion data. From that we establish a baseline — your current ROAS, cost per acquisition, and revenue from paid. Conductor takes over the account, installs server-side tracking, and runs the campaigns. Our fees are a percentage of the verified lift above your baseline. If we don't beat your current numbers, you pay nothing. The exact percentage and terms are spelled out in writing before you sign anything. No surprises, no fine print.
