Questions about Autopilot.
A 12-week live cohort with Lucas and the 100xs operator coaches, plus lifetime access to the Autopilot community. Weekly group coaching calls, the complete playbook (every template, funnel, script, and system we use), and structured weekly milestones that move you from "I have an idea" to "I have a product earning money" by the end of the cohort. After graduation, you keep everything — the community, the playbook, and lifetime access to every new system we build going forward.
What kind of business will I build?
Whatever fits your expertise. Most Autopilot grads build a course, a coaching offer, a template/asset pack, a community, or a hybrid. The format isn't the point — the system is. We help you pick the right format in week 2 based on what you know and who you'd serve, then we build it together. The common thread: every grad builds an asset they own, not a service they're trapped in.
Do I need an audience already?
No. A small audience helps, but most grads start with under 1,000 followers and build their list during the cohort. We have a dedicated week on building the audience that buys, and the playbook covers everything from your first 100 emails to your first thousand. If you have an audience already, you'll launch faster. If you don't, you'll learn how to build one alongside the offer.
How is this different from other courses or coaching programs?
Three things. First — it's live, not pre-recorded. You get real humans answering real questions in real time. Second — it's cohort-based with hard deadlines, which means you actually ship instead of consuming forever. Third — Lucas and the coaches teaching it are running 8-figure businesses today, not retired gurus selling the same playbook from 2018. You're learning what's working right now, not what worked five years ago.
The cohort fee is shared on the application call. We don't publish it because we don't want price-shoppers — we want operators who are committed to building. What we will say: most grads earn it back during the cohort, and the lifetime community access alone is worth the entire fee for many of them. If the number isn't going to work for you, we'll tell you on the call and you don't pay anything to find out.
How much time will it take per week?
Plan for 6–10 hours a week. One live call (90 minutes), the weekly milestone work (3–6 hours), and time inside the community asking questions and helping others. Some grads do it alongside a full-time job, some take a sabbatical to go all-in. Both work. What doesn't work is showing up to one call and disappearing — the cohort structure exists precisely to make sure that doesn't happen.
When does the next cohort start?
New cohorts open every quarter. Seats are limited and they fill from the application waitlist — the earlier you apply, the better your chances of getting in the next one. The application takes about 10 minutes and gets you on a 30-minute call with our team to confirm fit before any payment is discussed.
