Armada is operated by AAA USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, 20685 9th Fl, Newark, DE 19702 (“we,” “us,” “100xs,” or “Armada”). By subscribing to Armada Pro and accessing the platform at 100xs.com/armada, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Armada clipping network, the clip repository, and the CPM payout program.
Armada Pro costs $29.95 per month, billed automatically via Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation and auto-renews monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing members will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
As an Armada Pro member, you receive access to a private library of original video clips produced exclusively for this network. The following rules govern how you may use this content:
View counts are verified monthly via a Loom screen recording. At the end of each calendar month, members must submit a Loom recording (or raw video file) during which they screen-share their Instagram professional dashboard showing total monthly account views. Loom recordings serve as compliance records. Members who miss the monthly submission deadline forfeit their earnings for that month — unverified months do not roll forward.
A $50 minimum net payout threshold applies. If your net earnings for a given month are below $50, the balance rolls forward to the following month. The $29.95 membership fee is deducted from gross earnings before the net payout is calculated.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect (US members) or Wise (international members). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or currency conversion issues.
Payouts are contingent on your account remaining in good standing and your reels passing verification. Flagged or rejected reels are not paid out. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts in cases of confirmed fraud.
Free tier members do not pay a monthly fee and do not have access to the clip repository or CPM payouts. Free members receive a unique referral link. When a new member subscribes to Armada Pro through that link, the free member earns a flat fee of $29.95, paid after the referred member successfully renews for their second billing month.
Referral fees are subject to a $50 minimum payout threshold. Referral earnings roll forward to the following month if the threshold is not met. Referral fees are voided if the referred member cancels before their second billing month, initiates a chargeback, or is banned from the platform.
Free members may upgrade to Armada Pro at any time. All referral attributions and pending earnings carry over upon upgrade.
Each Pro member receives a unique referral link. When a new member subscribes using your referral link, they are permanently attributed to you in our system — attribution is stored server-side, not just via browser cookie. You earn $0.10 CPM on verified views generated by your direct recruits only. This is one level deep — you do not earn on recruits of recruits.
Referral earnings are subject to the same verification rules as clip earnings. We reserve the right to revoke referral attribution if fraudulent signup activity is detected.
The following actions will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
In the event of a permanent ban, any already-verified earnings will still be paid out on the next payout date. Unverified reel earnings are forfeited. Your Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately upon a ban.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Armada complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You record and submit a Loom screen recording showing your Instagram Insights for view verification. We do not connect to your Instagram account via API, store any access tokens, or post on your behalf. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
If your Instagram account is suspended or banned, your already-verified reel earnings remain protected and will be paid out. Views for months where the member did not submit their Loom verification recording are not paid out and do not roll forward. You may connect a new Instagram account to your Armada membership at any time.
We reserve the right to warn, pause, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. We will communicate the reason for any action taken. Warnings are logged and visible in your dashboard. Three warnings trigger an automatic review.
You may appeal a pause or ban by contacting us at centcom@100xs.com. We will review appeals within 5 business days.
We strive for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of an API outage, infrastructure issue, or force majeure event, we may pause the platform temporarily. During a platform pause, reel submissions and verifications are suspended but Stripe subscriptions continue. We will notify all members by email if the platform is paused for more than 24 hours.
Armada earnings may be subject to income tax in your jurisdiction. For US members earning over $600 in a calendar year, Stripe Connect will automatically generate a 1099-K form. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on your Armada earnings. We recommend consulting a tax professional.
Armada and 100xs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost earnings due to Instagram account suspension, API outages, or payout processing delays. Our maximum liability to any member in any calendar month is limited to the net payout earned that month.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notification.
