What is CENTCOM, exactly?

CENTCOM is a private, invitation-only network of men who've already built something significant — founders running 9-figure businesses, early-stage investors with track records most people only read about, creators with millions of followers, professional fighters, and operators committed to building empires. Members meet in person at quarterly Miami gatherings and annual European retreats, share private deal flow, exchange playbooks, and hold each other to a higher standard than anyone else in their lives.

Why is it men only?

CENTCOM is a brotherhood built around a specific kind of work — building empires, sharpening each other, and holding men accountable to a standard that makes them better fathers, husbands, founders, and operators. The structure is built for that purpose. We respect every other kind of community deeply. This one is built for one specific thing.

What does it cost?

There's an annual access fee for members — but the number isn't published anywhere on this page intentionally. The men we're looking for don't shop on price. If you're qualified and we extend an invitation, you'll be told the fee on the private call. If price is your first question, the answer is that CENTCOM probably isn't the right room for you yet — and that's okay.

What does the application look like?

Short. We ask who you are, what you've built, what you're working on now, and what you'd bring to the room. The application takes most people 5–10 minutes to fill out. We read every word ourselves. The men who belong in this room can describe themselves and their work in a few sentences and have it land — that's the actual filter, not a title or a follower count.

Do I need to be a 9-figure founder to get in?

No. We have members with $1M businesses and members with $200M ones. Revenue isn't the bar — trajectory and standard are. We're looking for men who are already serious operators in their domain, who would add to the room rather than take from it, and who'd be respected by every other man at the table. If you're not sure that's you, it probably isn't yet — and Autopilot is a much better fit until it is.

What happens at the meetups?

It depends on the gathering. Miami quarterly dinners are small rooms — 12 to 20 men — with structured introductions, deal-flow rounds, and dinner. European retreats run 2–4 days in undisclosed locations and include training, off-the-record conversations, deal vetting, and the kind of unstructured time that only happens when phones go in a box at the door. We don't publish photos or guest lists. What happens in the room stays in the room.

Why is the membership anonymous?

Two reasons. First, our members have real public profiles to protect — being publicly listed as part of any "private network" cheapens the network and exposes the member. Second, the room only works because conversations stay in the room. If members thought their words might end up on a podcast or a LinkedIn post, they'd never have the conversations that make CENTCOM worth being in. Anonymity protects the standard.
